PSALM 100
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.
COLOSSIANS 3:16
Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching
and admonishing one another with Psalms, and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
The purpose of Earthmanshine is to reach out with music to those
souls who would hear and embrace the Word of the Lord,
and to praise the Lord with a new song.
In 1993, Eric and Chris came together, both pursuing music.
They played by campfires, lakes and hillsides.
They played with the influences of Keith Green, Christafari, Bob Marley,
Cat Stevens and Michael Card, just to name a few.
Eric on guitar, flute and vocals, Chris on bongos.
Over the years they have performed with many bands from Flamenco, Afro-Cuban,
Latin Jazz and Fusion, playing at festivals, weddings, private parties and concerts.
Music and the Lord are the primary elements of their friendship.
Eric and Chris have been further blessed by the vocal talents of their new member,
Chief Mutsembi, who brings African and Caribbean heritage into the sound.
